I really love to see your blog.I've experimented making macaron but it didn't go very well. I had no feet & cracked.I used the other recipe without tpt method.Have you ever tried that?Did it work?Please tell me how to solve the problem.Thx ^_^
I'm not sure what method you're referring to i.e. without TPT? Unfortunately, I had no luck with the French meringue methodology but as you can see I've had plenty of success with Italian Meringue. Try my basic macaron recipe and let me know how you go:) Also, it sounds like you possibly didn't let the macaron rest long enough to form a "crust" and had the oven too hot.
